I was informed today that 100 grams of sugar lower my immune system's efficiency by 50% for 6 hours. According to the Billings Gazette today, avoiding sugar is the #1 way to steer clear of the flu bug.
I like to live dangerously ... where's the chocolate?

Ummm...yeah! I never had a sweet tooth before I was pregnant, but now I think mine might rival yours, M!! Maybe indulging myself when I AM sick isn't such a good idea...
I think maybe chocolate builds up your immune system...
