Isn't this a cool picture? Its caption is, "Masibambisane," which is Zulu for “Let us bear the burden together.” This is the theme for the upcoming World Reformed Fellowship conference.
M: This is so strange--our church recently ordained a missionary/pastor who is now teaching at Mukhanyo Theological College and working with the Masibambisane Comm Development Corporation (he's a medical doctor as well). South Africa keeps popping up all over my life!! WHY?? It will be interesting to see what the Lord has in mind...maybe He's simply reminding me to pray for our missionaries in SA and for the work there. Or perhaps there's something else in store...
That is interesting -- the MCDC website is where that picture came from :)
Being the conservative presbyterian that I am, I'd stick with the idea that God is prompting you to PRAY for SA ... and consider the more radical possibilities after more signs :)
Lover of my husband, kids, travel, dogs, mountains, photography, reading, movies, gardening, white chocolate mochas, theology, history, languages and cooking. Most importantly, I'm learning more and more how to be a lover of my Lord and His people.
