The Spring of '00

This is so random, but I came across this picture yesterday and it cracked me up. In fact, it's been one of my favorite pictures ever since it was taken. I should make people guess the story behind it, but I'll just tell you ...


I was really suffering from the humidity during finals (no AC) and so was studying wearing only shorts, a sports bra, and this cool gel mask thing ("cool" as in you stick it in the freezer). And, you know how goofy kids get during finals (this was the year Chrissy and I each got 3-44 hours of sleep a night anyway -- amazing that we survived).


We tucked that towel into my back and then she went around the front of the house and asked a few friends who were sitting out there, "Have you seen any superheros lately?" And on cue, I ran around from the side. She snapped this awesome pic, which makes it look like I'm really cruising.
