The already complicated situation here has been made worse by the cholera outbreak. Donor organizations and churches involved in food relief are completely overwhelmed because the need is too great. On top of this they now have to respond to the outbreak in a context were the health delivery system has completely broken down. Our part of the city is still safe but we don't know for how long. We are doing the best we can to help our two sister churches as they work in their communities to assist orphans and the elderly.

Keep Praying for Christians in Zimbabwe
Just when I was starting to feel sorry for myself about how the economic crisis is affecting our ministry's budget, I read this email from Rev. Victor in Zimbabwe. Pray for our brothers and sisters whose situation reminds me that we haven't even begun to scratch the surface of what an "economic crisis" can look like:
