Apple Cider Cream Pie

We really enjoyed this Apple Cider Cream Pie on Sunday evening (and some eaters alleged that the custard portion tastes even better the next day). I had glanced at it and thought it sounded a little weird; I was much more taken with the Salted Caramel Pie on the previous page (which I will definitely be making at least once in my near future).

Nonetheless, I'm very glad that we tried the Apple Cider Cream Pie, and I think you'll be glad if you give it a try, too.
