I had a Key Lime Pie martini at Jake's a few weeks ago. It was so good, I've been wondering if I could re-create it at home. I did some Internet research and then decided to see if I could make it with things I have on hand. It totally worked.
1 1/2 shots (3 oz) vanilla vodka
1 shot Rose's Lime Juice
1 shot half-n-half
Mix it all up with crushed ice in a shaker. Pour into a glass and enjoy. YUM.
