Personal Notes

I had a wonderful weekend "globetrotting" around Montana (well, I did a ~400 mile loop, anyway). I'll have some pictures to post, eventually. In the meantime, I wanted to say a warm hello to all of my readers whom I got to see personally this weekend. What fun!

And, if you haven't had a chance to see this, one of my readers is famous! No, really, the Billings Gazette had a really nice article featuring Rich Mattson's volunteer work with Peacemaker Ministries. I was excited reading it -- this is what I do with most of my life! Plus, Rich was so clear and articulate about the Gospel, and he casts a huge vision for how we believe God can use this little ministry to change the world. Many blessings as you continue to serve God in so many ways, Rich!

It was a very pleasant surprise to see you Sunday,Molly. I wish I had greeted Addy too. My abrupt greeting was not trying to avoid you at all. Lisa's insulin pump had malfunctioned during church and she was dangerously high and needed immediate attention. Wasn't the service good and the Sunday beautiful? Aaron was eager to go back last night.

Don't worry, I didn't feel slighted by your having to tend to your daughter's health :) It was a pleasure to see you all in church -- and I hope Aaron flourishes at GVPC next year.
