Give, and give well

HH and I have been contemplating some of our giving at this year end (one of the many things I LOVE about HH is that he is generous, so I am blessed to be surrounded by generous men in my life, especially my dad and husband).

With that in mind, I was really captivated by this chart that Mint.com did on Americans' giving habits. I got a bit bogged down in the middle, but I found the beginning and the end fascinating. Except for the very end, because I think there's a much reason to give than "good karma."
